College Tour and Experience Sushi-Making, by SMK Sri Perling

On November 28, 2023, SMK Seri Perling visited Elengaz Culinary Academy for a tour.

They learned about our courses and had a hands-on experience making sushi. Guided by our Chef Ashaari Chong.

The students showcased their artistic talents in the culinary arts. They even learned how to shape wasabi and Japanese ginger into fun forms.

We believe everyone gained a wealth of knowledge about Japanese cuisine that day.
