We hope to bring together outstanding mentors in the industry to jointly cultivate a team of chefs with both ability and political integrity, leading the world's gourmet art and culture. A cooking skill, a perseverance, and a cooking ethics, will be used for life. Elengaz Catering Academy is a catering academy that cultivates Singaporean and Malaysia food culture talents. Our beginning comes from everyone's original intention of catering. |

| Started off with a humble beginning, Elengaz was launched with the intention of cultivating young talents and promoting local culinary culture. We hope that the academy could ace in the cultivation of culinary talents with the guidance by our professional and experienced instructors, and eventually contributes to the development of the global culinary culture. We believe that one’s attitude in blending into culinary culture reflects to one’s character and personality. Therefore, Elengaz Culinary Academy is responsible for training culinary talents emphasizing Malaysia and Singapore cuisine. We are here because of our pure intention towards promoting local culinary culture. |
